October 8, 2024 | Mitchell Boatman | Holland Sentinel

OTTAWA COUNTY — With less than a month to go before Election Day, Ottawa County Clerk Justin Roebuck and his staff will participate in a handful of events to answer questions and inform voters about election operations.

The Ottawa County Clerk’s Office is partnering with Keep Our Republic, a national, non-partisan nonprofit, to host a pair of events in October.

“Elections Community Conversations” will be held Thursday, Oct. 10, in Grand Haven and Wednesday, Oct. 16, in Spring Lake. Both conversations will see Roebuck discuss recent changes in election law, and measures being taken to ensure a secure presidential election Nov. 5.

There will be a question-and-answer session for attendees following the presentations. …

“The Ottawa County Elections Division wants to ensure voters know that when they go to the polls on Election Day — or participate in absentee or early in-person voting — that their vote is secure and properly processed,” -Justin Roebuck
