Former Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Charlie Dent and several other government experts discussed Republican efforts to stop election certifications in 2020 and the ramifications of recent changes to the system for this year’s election in a panel that took place earlier this week.

Mr. Dent and former representatives Reid Ribble (R-Wisconsin) and Dick Gephardt (D-Missouri) spoke at a panel hosted by Keep Our Republic, a nonprofit that has been working to explain the political and legal mechanisms that could affect the 2024 election. …
