Danielle Van Egtern is the Dodge County Clerk and has worked in election administration since 2020. She entered county government in 2019 after spending five years in a leadership role in the private sector, bringing a strong background in management, problem-solving, and public service.

Danielle was appointed County Clerk in May 2024 and began serving her first elected term in January 2025. She is a graduate of the Leadership Fond du Lac program and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Academy and was recognized with the 2024 Innovative Clerk Award for her forward thinking contributions to local government.

Her dedication to election administration stems from a deep respect for those who have defended and preserved the right to vote. She is committed to ensuring elections are administered with integrity, security, and transparency while making the voting process accessible and positive for every voter she serves.
