Genevieve Hagerty

Genevieve started as an election judge in Buffalo, NY, in November 2020. The following year she moved to Rochester, NY, and resumed working as a judge for that jurisdiction in June 2022. In 2023, she was promoted to chief judge in Rochester. In 2024 Genevieve started working as part time support staff for the judge training team in Rochester, NY, before joining the team as a full time staff member.  In 2025 her family relocated to Maryland, and in March 2026 she began working for Howard County in the mail-in-ballot and voter registration department. Her primary responsibilities include processing voter registration forms, mail-in ballot applications, county website content management, and other daily office functions as needed. She also serves as a rover during Early Voting and on Election Day to support our sites with procedural questions and technical difficulties.
