Jared Milrad

Jared Milrad brings more than two decades of experience building philanthropic partnerships, scaling mission-driven organizations, and raising capital at the intersection of civic life, law, and social impact.

As Chief Development Officer of Keep Our Republic, Milrad leads individual and institutional fundraising strategy across KOR’s expanding national footprint. He recently served as Senior Director of Leadership Giving at the National Audubon Society, where he oversaw a major and principal gifts portfolio generating millions of dollars annually within a $250M+ enterprise.

Previously, Milrad served as Director of Engagement at Brady United Against Gun Violence, leading national fundraising and cross-sector partnership strategy. He has also served as the Founder and President of Movikarma, a nonprofit civic engagement platform whose work has included partnerships with Warner Bros., HBO Max, Netflix, TIME Studios, and federal leadership, including several White House collaborations and participation in the Respect for Marriage Act signing by President Joe Biden. In 2020, Movikarma partnered with the New Georgia Project and other civic organizations to produce a nonpartisan docuseries on voting rights, healthcare, and racial equity ahead of the U.S. Senate runoff elections, reaching tens of thousands of Georgia voters and contributing to record turnout in underserved communities.

Earlier in his career, Milrad founded Civic Legal Corps, expanding access to legal services for working families with support from Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, Peter Buffett, and the Dean of Harvard Law School. He served as National Fundraising Co-Chair and Regional Voter Protection Director for Obama for America, directing election protection operations across 16 counties in North Carolina.

Milrad holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, an M.S. in Public Policy from Tufts University, and a B.S. from North Carolina State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
