Kimberly Westbrook Stratch

Kimberly Westbrook Strach is the CEO and Managing Partner of SRS Consulting Services, a North Carolina-based consulting firm specializing in investigations, compliance, technology solutions, and data analytics.

Prior to founding SRS, Strach served for nearly two decades at the North Carolina State Board of Elections, including six years as Executive Director and the state’s Chief Election Official. In that role, she oversaw election administration across all 100 counties, led implementation of significant election law changes, and directed North Carolina’s response to election integrity matters, including the 2019 Ninth Congressional District absentee ballot fraud investigation.

Drawing on her experience in both the public and private sectors, Strach works with governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, and private clients on investigations, compliance, governance, technology modernization, and organizational improvement initiatives.

Having spent much of her career focused on public trust, transparency, and the administration of elections, Strach remains committed to supporting efforts that strengthen confidence in elections and democratic institutions.
