Natalie Collings is an election administrator dedicated to advancing secure and voter-focused elections through innovation, leadership, and public service.

Natalie currently serves as the Voter Registration and Absentee Manager for the Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections in South Carolina, where she oversees voter registration, absentee voting operations, candidate filing, and voter services. Prior to joining Charleston County, she spent six years with the Mohave County Recorder’s Office in Arizona, most recently serving as the Chief Deputy Recorder and managing public records, critical election administration functions and voter communication initiatives.

A graduate of the Election Center’s Certified Elections/Registration Administrator (CERA) program and a member of the Flinn-Brown Fellowship Class of 2025 through the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership, Natalie has focused her career on enhancing election processes and strengthening public confidence in elections.

Having worked in both a largely rural Western county and one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing urban counties, Natalie brings a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing election administration. Her experience across jurisdictions of different sizes, geographies, and voter populations has reinforced the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and innovation in delivering effective election services.
