Scot Turner

Scot Turner is a former Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, where he represented House District 21 from 2013 to 2021. Since leaving office, he has continued his work at the intersection of conservative policy, election administration, and constitutional governance through Eternal Vigilance Action and the Eternal Vigilance Institute, Georgia-based organizations focused on evidence-driven election policy, civic trust, and the proper limits of government power.

Turner has been an active voice in Georgia and nationally on election reform, risk-limiting audits, agency rulemaking, and legislative oversight of election administration. He was involved in litigation challenging administrative rulemaking in 2024, a case that ultimately produced a unanimous Georgia Supreme Court decision clarifying limits on agency authority and reinforcing the separation of powers.

A member of the Board of Directors of Future Caucus, the American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network, and the Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship class of 2026, Turner brings a conservative perspective to the work of strengthening democratic institutions, improving public confidence in elections, and ensuring that reforms are rooted in law, transparency, and practical administration. He lives in Holly Springs, Georgia, with his wife and family.
