UW School of Law to convene ‘Neither Sword Nor Purse,’ a national rule of law symposium on defending America’s independent judiciary

The University of Washington School of Law will host a national symposium, “Neither Sword Nor Purse,” examining growing threats to judicial independence, the rule of law and public confidence in the federal judiciary. Organized in partnership with Keep Our Republic’s Article III Coalition and other national organizations, the event will convene prominent judges, scholars and journalists to discuss how to safeguard America’s constitutional system amid increasing political pressure on the courts. . . .
